If you didn’t know already the Tribeca Film Festival premiered Eva Mendes’s new movie Live! on Saturday, April 28, 2007.  As you know this was Eva Mendes’s first produced film.  The movie did not have the funding and was not going to make it on screen without the help from Eva Mendes.  Eva Mendes loved her character in the movie and told the Daily News that she reads a lot of scripts, but a lot of them aren’t great.  This one however, was a documentary and there was really something different about it.
